These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Real Drone Simulator website located at www.realdronesimulator.com (the “Website”) and the Real Drone Simulator client software and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1) Who we are

“Real Drone Simulator”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the team developing - operating the website and software.

2) Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• If you use the Service on behalf of a company or institution, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms.

3) Accounts & registration

• Creating an account requires providing: first name, last name, nickname, email, password and country.
• Passwords are not stored in plain text.
• Your account is personal and non-transferable. Do not share or sell access.

4) License & permitted use

• We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Real Drone Simulator client for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Commercial or institutional use (e.g., schools, clubs, companies, events, training) requires a paid license and a written authorization from us. Contact: business@realdronesimulator.com.
• We may offer offline activation via serial in addition to online login based authorization.

5) Prohibited conduct

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, modifying the binaries or circumventing security or authorization checks;
• Reselling, leasing, sublicensing, or giving third parties the right to use the Service without our written authorization;
• Using cheats/bots to gain unfair advantage, or disrupting online services;
• Any illegal activity, infringement of third-party rights, or attempts to breach our security.

6) Software updates & service changes

The Service is under active development. Older builds or specific features (e.g., online multiplayer) may be disabled over time and may require updating to the latest version.

7) Third-party services & analytics

We may use third-party services such as Google Analytics to improve the Website. Analytics only runs with your consent, managed through our cookie banner.

8) Content, IP & ownership

The Service, including software, assets, logos, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

9) Downloads & security

We routinely scan releases with multiple tools before publishing; however, we cannot guarantee the Service will always be free of vulnerabilities or errors. Use at your own risk and keep your system up to date.

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or as required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

11) Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement). We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business arising out of or relating to the use of the Service.

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

14) No third-party resellers

Licenses may be issued only by the Real Drone Simulator team. Do not purchase licenses from third parties; such licenses are invalid.

15) Governing law

Unless mandatory local law states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Courts of Hungary shall have jurisdiction.

16) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
